Role Summary

The Remote Chief Strategist for Digital Asset Infrastructure & Institutional Tokenization will guide the creation of Qatar-aligned digital asset frameworks focusing on institutional tokenization, multi-asset custody, cross-market liquidity channels, and AI-driven market integrity systems. This role is ideal for a fintech leader with deep command of blockchain economics, institutional asset flows, and regulatory-grade digital infrastructure.

Core Responsibilities

• Institutional Tokenization Architecture
  
  Design tokenization frameworks for real estate, fixed-income, structured instruments, and digital commodities using programmable smart-contract infrastructure.

• Digital Asset Custody & Sovereign Security
  
  Build institutional-grade custody layers integrating cold/hot vaulting, cryptographic resilience, zero-trust access governance, multi-signature controls, and automated compliance logic.

• Market Integrity Intelligence
  
  Develop AI-powered systems for trade surveillance, market manipulation detection, liquidity stress analytics, and cross-venue behavioral patterning.

• Multi-Asset Liquidity & Interoperability Systems
  
  Engineer liquidity pathways enabling tokenized assets to move seamlessly across GCC exchanges, regional trading venues, and decentralized finance liquidity pools.

• Qatar-Aligned Digital Asset Governance
  
  Implement transparent governance frameworks, smart-reporting engines, and automated regulatory alignment protocols spanning AML, market conduct, and asset classification.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, digital asset markets, custodial cryptography, token lifecycle management, and liquidity analytics.

• Strong background in institutional finance and advanced digital asset risk modelling.
