We are seeking a forward-thinking leader for the role of Chief Strategist – Blockchain Wealth Management & Tokenized Asset Innovation. This position focuses on wealthtech transformation, asset tokenization frameworks, and AI-powered portfolio optimization, ensuring Kuwait’s positioning as a rising player in global fintech innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop tokenized investment platforms, covering real estate, equities, and commodity-backed digital assets.

Lead the design of robo-advisory ecosystems, powered by machine learning, behavioral analytics, and predictive financial modeling.

Establish cross-border digital asset interoperability frameworks ensuring scalability and compliance.

Integrate next-generation RegTech solutions to ensure automated compliance with Kuwait’s central bank and international finance directives.

Drive collaborations with venture ecosystems, family offices, and wealth management institutions.
Required Qualifications

10–15 years’ experience in digital asset management, blockchain innovation, or wealthtech strategy.

Expertise in asset tokenization protocols, distributed ledger systems, and AI in portfolio management.

Strong knowledge of Kuwait’s financial regulations and GCC digital asset policies.

Postgraduate qualifications in Financial Engineering, Blockchain Systems, or Applied Finance.
