The Chief Strategist ensures platforms are not merely scalable in volume, but adaptable across regulatory change, market expansion, and technological shifts over decades.
The mandate operates at the intersection of architecture, strategy, and institutional sustainability.
Principal Responsibilities

Define long-horizon platform evolution strategies for fintech systems operating across multiple markets

Architect modular system decomposition frameworks that allow independent scaling and replacement of components

Establish architecture governance models preventing uncontrolled complexity and technical entropy

Design interoperability standards enabling seamless integration of future technologies

Ensure platform decisions remain reversible, auditable, and strategically aligned

Advise leadership on build-versus-evolve trade-offs and infrastructure lifecycle planning
Required Expertise

12+ years in fintech architecture, platform strategy, or enterprise systems design

Deep understanding of modularity, composability, and long-term system sustainability

Experience guiding large-scale platform transformations

Strong ability to balance technical rigor with strategic foresight

Engagement & Compensation

Monthly compensation: AED 95,000 – 145,000
