Strategic Mandate
This role governs the automation brain of fintech platforms. The Chief Steward of Fintech Platform Intelligence, Automation & Autonomous Operations is responsible for ensuring that financial systems increasingly operate, optimize, and self-correct with minimal human intervention, while remaining transparent and controllable.
The mandate is not AI experimentation. It is operational intelligence, autonomous system design, and controlled financial automation at scale.
Core Responsibilities

Architect platform-level intelligence systems enabling automated financial decision execution.

Define automation frameworks across payments, reconciliation, risk controls, and operational workflows.

Establish governance for human-in-the-loop oversight, override logic, and accountability boundaries.

Oversee performance of self-optimizing systems under live financial conditions.

Integrate intelligent automation with core fintech platforms and transaction engines.

Design long-term strategies for scalable, explainable, and resilient autonomous fintech operations.

Lead senior teams across automation engineering, fintech architecture, and operational intelligence.
Required Executive Profile

16+ years in fintech platforms, intelligent automation, or large-scale system operations.

Strong expertise in event-driven systems, automation logic, and operational intelligence frameworks.

Proven leadership deploying autonomous capabilities in mission-critical financial environments.

Exceptional governance mindset combined with deep technical fluency.

Global fintech exposure required.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (UAE)

Base Salary: AED 90,000 – 125,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 40% – 60% of base (linked to automation performance, operational efficiency, and system reliability)
