Job Overview
Chief Sovereign Authority – Fintech Exposure Management & Systemic Risk Containment
Jurisdiction: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Engagement Model: Full-Time | Apex Fintech Risk Architecture Mandate
Functional Domain: Pure Fintech | Exposure Systems | Systemic Risk Engineering
Institutional Mandate
This executive mandate exists to engineer and govern how financial exposure is created, distributed, constrained, and neutralized within fintech ecosystems.
The Chief Sovereign Authority holds executive control over exposure topology, aggregation logic, concentration thresholds, and systemic risk containment, ensuring that fintech platforms grow without accumulating invisible or catastrophic risk.
This role is not risk operations, compliance oversight, or audit leadership.
It operates at the structural risk-engineering layer of fintech, where exposure is mathematically designed rather than reactively monitored.

Define executive doctrines for exposure aggregation, concentration limits, and contagion containment.
-
Establish authoritative standards for systemic risk visibility, escalation thresholds, and intervention logic.
-
Oversee integration between risk engines, capital systems, transaction platforms, and settlement layers.
-
Lead long-term evolution of exposure frameworks under rapid platform scaling.
-
Serve as final authority on systemic exposure breaches, contagion scenarios, and containment failures.
Executive Profile
-
18–30+ years in fintech systems, financial risk architecture, or large-scale exposure modelling.
-
Deep mastery of risk topology, exposure dynamics, and systemic-failure prevention.
-
Proven leadership where risk mis-engineering threatens financial continuity.
-
Ability to encode risk principles into enforceable system logic.
-
Executive gravitas suitable for sovereign-level risk accountability.

Base Salary: SAR 122,000 – 178,000 per month
-
