As the Chief Remote Digital Asset Strategy & Regulatory Innovation Officer, you will play a decisive role in shaping cross-market strategies for the integration of digital assets, digital currencies, and advanced payment ecosystems. This position demands a sophisticated understanding of regulatory harmonization, Web3 financial architectures, and digital asset risk frameworks to align with the UAE’s vision of becoming the preeminent fintech hub in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, governance, and deployment of digital asset strategies across decentralized and centralized finance ecosystems.

Collaborate with international regulators, central banks, and compliance bodies to anticipate and influence regulatory frameworks on tokenized assets, CBDCs, and DeFi ecosystems.

Architect frameworks for cross-border settlement, remittances, and interbank digital liquidity management.

Drive the adoption of AI-enhanced digital asset monitoring systems to mitigate systemic risks, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT global standards.

Oversee the tokenization of alternative asset classes (real estate, commodities, private equity) and their integration into multi-chain ecosystems.
Candidate Profile

12+ years of experience in digital finance, capital markets, or blockchain ecosystems, with proven leadership in fintech transformation.

Deep expertise in regulatory affairs, digital asset custodianship, and tokenization frameworks.

Advanced knowledge of smart contract auditing, DeFi protocol governance, and multi-jurisdictional compliance structures.

Track record in C-level strategic advisory, cross-border negotiations, and fintech thought leadership.
