The objective is to eliminate fragmentation in financial services and replace it with a single, composable, API-first ecosystem capable of supporting millions of users across consumer and enterprise domains.
To lead this transformation, the organization is seeking a Chief Product & Platform Architect – Digital Banking Super App Ecosystem.
This role is not limited to product oversight or technical supervision. It is a hybrid strategic-architectural mandate responsible for defining how financial products are structured, how they interact, and how they scale across interconnected digital environments.
The successful candidate will shape the foundational blueprint of a fully integrated financial super app—where every feature is modular, every service is interoperable, and every interaction is optimized for speed, trust, and financial intelligence.
Core Responsibilities
Platform & Product Architecture Design
- Define the unified architecture for a multi-service digital banking super app.
- Design modular financial product layers for payments, savings, credit, and investments.
- Establish system-wide design principles for scalability and interoperability.
- Ensure seamless integration between consumer, SME, and enterprise financial services.
- Lead transition from siloed products to ecosystem-based financial platforms.
Financial Experience Engineering
- Architect end-to-end customer journeys across all financial touchpoints.
- Optimize real-time transaction flows across multiple financial services.
- Design intelligent dashboards for personalized financial insights.
- Ensure frictionless onboarding, identity verification, and account management flows.
- Improve engagement through adaptive and contextual financial experiences.
Ecosystem Integration & API Strategy
- Define API-first strategies for internal and external financial integrations.
- Enable embedded finance capabilities across partner ecosystems.
- Support third-party financial service integration at scale.
- Build interoperability frameworks across banking and fintech services.
Governance, Security & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to financial regulatory frameworks and standards.
- Embed security-by-design principles across platform architecture.
- Establish governance models for product consistency and system integrity.
- Ensure auditability and transparency of financial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Product/Technology discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, or platform architecture.
- Strong understanding of super app ecosystems or large-scale financial platforms.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional product and engineering environments.
- Deep experience with API-driven system design.
