Compensation: QAR 84,000 – 92,000/month + Asset Flow-Based Equity Incentives

Reports To: National Committee for Fintech Wealth Enablement (QCB–VC Coalition)

Strategic Premise:

Qatar’s rising youth-led financial ecosystem is evolving beyond traditional investment structures into real-time micro-wealth environments—where capital is streamed, fractionalized, tokenized, and directed via intelligent logic. The demand for wealth-on-the-go interfaces has grown sharply, especially among Gen Z investors, diaspora workers, and mid-tier Qatari family offices undergoing generational digitization.

Role Mandate:

As Remote Chief Product Officer, your task is to conceptualize and operationalize Qatar’s real-time, tokenized wealth streaming ecosystem—enabling users to allocate income and investments across Shariah-compliant and conventional instruments programmatically.

Key Product Initiatives:

• Build the GCC’s first smart wealth routing engine that segments income inflows into Zakat, real estate tokens, halal ETFs, micro-wakala accounts, and programmable long-term instruments.

• Lead development of a time-bound wealth distribution protocol where users define financial goals (Hajj, education, real estate) and receive continuous micro-contributions via embedded salary/income logic.

• Integrate open banking APIs with robo-advisors and Islamic regtech screens for seamless, compliant wealth path creation.

• Develop digital interfaces for Qatari family offices to deploy and supervise intergenerational wealth streaming infrastructure.

Product & Tech Expertise:

• Expertise in embedded finance, programmable asset protocols (ERC-3475, ERC-4626), and treasury routers.

• Experience in no-code logic builders, user-owned algorithmic wallets, and AI-powered capital flow optimizers.

• Deep understanding of QCB fintech regulations and investment product approval frameworks.

• Familiarity with real-time yield distribution systems and decentralized payroll-linked asset routing.

Candidate Profile:

• MSc or MBA in Product Strategy, Financial Innovation, or Islamic Wealth Technology.

• 10+ years in product leadership across embedded fintech, wealthtech, or personal finance platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale digital wealth platforms with programmable logic.

• Arabic fluency ideal; English fluency essential.

Strategic Deliverables:

• Create Qatar’s first user-led wealth streaming superapp for long-term value creation.

• Empower digital-native investors to achieve lifecycle financial autonomy through passive programmable infrastructure.

• Redefine Shariah-compliant wealth distribution with frictionless logic modules.
