Strategic Mandate

To architect and scale next-generation digital wealth platforms, integrating:

• Multi-asset investment ecosystems
• Robo-advisory and AI-driven portfolio management
• Tokenized asset issuance and lifecycle management
• Cross-border investment accessibility

Primary Responsibilities

1. Product Architecture & Platform Design

• Define end-to-end product architecture for digital wealth ecosystems
• Design platforms supporting equities, fixed income, digital assets, and alternative investments
• Build scalable infrastructure for high-net-worth and retail investor segments

2. Tokenization & Digital Asset Strategy

• Architect frameworks for tokenized real-world assets
• Define smart contract standards for asset issuance, trading, and settlement
• Ensure interoperability with global digital asset ecosystems

3. AI-Driven Investment Intelligence

• Develop robo-advisory engines leveraging predictive analytics
• Design portfolio optimization algorithms based on market signals and risk profiles
• Integrate behavioral finance insights into user experience

4. Market Expansion & Growth Strategy

• Identify emerging investment opportunities across GCC and global markets
• Develop go-to-market strategies for digital wealth adoption
• Collaborate with regulators and financial institutions to enable product rollout

Candidate Requirements

• 12+ years in fintech product strategy, wealth management, or investment platforms
• Strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio theory, and asset management
• Experience with digital assets, blockchain, or tokenization frameworks
• Proven ability to launch complex financial products at scale
