The Opportunity
A high-growth fintech organisation is recruiting an accomplished Chief Platform Reliability Officer to ensure the stability, resilience, and continuous availability of mission-critical financial platforms supporting millions of digital transactions across regional markets.
This executive will establish world-class Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, enterprise automation strategies, cloud resilience programmes, disaster recovery frameworks, and operational excellence initiatives that enable uninterrupted financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Reliability
- Build enterprise reliability frameworks.
- Improve financial platform availability.
- Lead automation initiatives.
- Enhance system observability and monitoring.
Technology Leadership
- Direct cloud resilience strategies.
- Improve infrastructure scalability.
- Strengthen operational governance.
- Lead incident response management.
Executive Collaboration

- Build high-performing platform engineering teams.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- 10+ years within cloud engineering, fintech infrastructure, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or enterprise technology.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI/CD, distributed systems, infrastructure automation, and operational resilience.
