Position Overview
The Chief Platform Architect – Blockchain-Based Wealth Systems & Decentralized Finance will define and implement the strategic architecture for Oman’s next-generation digital wealth and decentralized investment platforms, merging tokenized assets, AI-driven advisory systems, and smart contract governance to power inclusive financial ecosystems.
The role represents a deep fusion of technological innovation, financial engineering, and digital policy design, ensuring the emergence of a globally compliant yet fully decentralized wealth management infrastructure aligned with international fintech standards.
Core Responsibilities

Architect decentralized wealth ecosystems utilizing blockchain, tokenization, and AI for transparent portfolio management.

Develop cross-chain DeFi frameworks enabling secure interoperability between institutional and retail digital assets.

Integrate AI-driven robo-advisory modules for autonomous wealth optimization, risk profiling, and market intelligence.

Engineer on-chain data validation systems to guarantee regulatory visibility while maintaining cryptographic privacy.

Oversee implementation of smart contract-based governance for asset lifecycle management and trust automation.

Build cloud-native infrastructure ensuring operational scalability, compliance, and multi-asset security resilience.

Align with global DeFi regulatory trajectories, integrating stable digital currency standards and tokenized compliance modules.
Candidate Profile

Master’s or Ph.D. in Blockchain Engineering, Computational Finance, or Digital Asset Systems.

10+ years in fintech product architecture, decentralized systems, or asset tokenization frameworks.

Expertise in DeFi protocol design, smart contract development, and financial AI integration.

Familiarity with GCC fintech innovation policies and global DeFi regulatory harmonization.
