Your Executive Mission
As a member of the Executive Leadership Council, you will:
- Develop the enterprise strategy for payment networks and settlement platforms.
- Lead modernization of high-volume transaction processing systems.
- Direct cross-border payment innovation initiatives.
- Build scalable financial infrastructure capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Establish strategic alliances with payment providers, banking institutions, and technology partners.
- Oversee operational resilience and service continuity.
- Champion automation across payment operations.
- Lead executive governance and enterprise performance management.
- Drive technology investment decisions aligned with long-term corporate objectives.
- Mentor senior leadership teams while cultivating a culture of innovation.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, payment technology, or financial infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale modernization initiatives.
- Outstanding commercial insight, negotiation capability, and executive communication skills.
