Strategic Mandate

This role governs how fintech systems see themselves. The Chief Master of Fintech Observability, System Intelligence & Financial Transparency is responsible for designing deep observability layers that render complex financial systems continuously visible, intelligible, and explainable in real time.

The mandate is not reporting. It is system self-awareness, financial signal clarity, and real-time transparency engineered directly into platform architecture.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect observability frameworks embedded within fintech transaction and platform layers.

• Define standards for financial telemetry, system introspection, and behavioral traceability.

• Establish intelligence models enabling real-time insight into performance, risk, and financial state evolution.

• Oversee integration of observability layers with payments, ledgers, liquidity engines, and risk platforms.

• Design governance for alerting, escalation, and executive-level system visibility.

• Lead long-term strategy for explainable, transparent, and controllable fintech platforms.

• Build and direct senior teams across systems intelligence, fintech architecture, and platform governance.

Required Executive Profile

• 17+ years in fintech systems architecture, observability platforms, or large-scale financial infrastructure.

• Deep mastery of real-time monitoring, system intelligence, and financial transparency design.

• Proven leadership over complex, high-velocity fintech environments.

• Exceptional clarity of thought, executive judgment, and architectural discipline.

• International fintech exposure essential.

Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (Oman)

• Base Salary: OMR 17,000 – 22,500 per month

• Annual Executive Bonus: 35% – 55% of base (linked to system visibility, incident reduction, and transparency metrics)
