Role Overview
We are seeking a Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer – Embedded Finance Ecosystems to oversee the design and deployment of AI-first embedded finance platforms, cross-sectoral fintech integrations, and API-driven trade ecosystems in Qatar. This role is central to shaping Qatar’s financial innovation landscape by embedding digital financial services into retail, logistics, and global commerce infrastructures.
Core Responsibilities

Lead the strategy for embedded finance adoption across consumer and enterprise platforms.

Architect AI-powered financial modules, including digital credit scoring, smart lending, and automated micro-investment solutions.

Oversee development of cross-border trade finance ecosystems, integrating blockchain-based settlement and real-time payments.

Drive innovation partnerships with fintech accelerators, global commerce platforms, and regulatory agencies.

Build long-term strategies for API economy expansion, linking Qatar’s economy with GCC and global financial networks.
Key Qualifications

10–15 years of executive leadership in embedded finance, fintech innovation, or digital ecosystem strategy.

Expertise in API economy, AI-powered financial services, and embedded payments architecture.

Familiarity with Qatar’s regulatory frameworks and international digital finance policies.

Postgraduate qualifications in Financial Technology, Data Analytics, or Strategic Management.
