Position Summary
We are inviting applications for Chief Innovation Officer – Embedded Finance & AI-Driven Platforms, an executive role responsible for designing embedded finance architectures, orchestrating AI-first product ecosystems, and accelerating Oman’s digital financial inclusion strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Lead embedded finance strategies, enabling financial products to be integrated seamlessly into non-financial platforms.

Deploy AI and machine learning models for hyper-personalized financial services, digital credit scoring, and advanced fraud analytics.

Establish cloud-native digital lending, insurance, and payment solutions aligned with Oman’s economic diversification objectives.

Partner with regional regulators, ecosystem accelerators, and venture platforms to scale innovation across the GCC.

Drive R&D in next-gen fintech infrastructure, including conversational banking, AI agents in finance, and quantum-safe cybersecurity.
Qualifications

10–15 years’ proven leadership in fintech innovation, AI in finance, or embedded financial ecosystems.

Advanced expertise in cloud-native fintech architectures, API integrations, and intelligent automation.

Deep familiarity with Oman’s fintech regulations and GCC cross-market strategies.

Postgraduate qualifications in Financial Technology, Data Science, or Innovation Management.
