Key Responsibilities

• Define Saudi Arabia’s innovation roadmap for digital banking and cashless economy adoption.

• Drive interoperability between real-time payment infrastructures, open banking APIs, and CBDC pilots.

• Lead strategic partnerships with global fintech hubs to bring cutting-edge products to market.

• Oversee deployment of AI/ML-based customer intelligence, fraud prevention, and risk scoring systems.

• Serve as an advisor to regulatory and policy stakeholders on fintech governance and systemic resilience.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of leadership in fintech, digital banking, or payments.

• Expertise in ISO 20022, blockchain-enabled payments, and AI-powered digital platforms.

• Advanced academic background in Finance, Data Science, or Economics.

• Strong record of influencing cross-border financial technology policy.
