Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in fintech, banking, or financial technology.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise innovation.
- Strong commercial and strategic vision.
