Position Overview
The Chief Innovation Architect – Digital Wealth & Intelligent Financial Platforms will pioneer Bahrain’s digital wealth management revolution, integrating AI, blockchain, and advanced data analytics into next-generation financial ecosystems. The role focuses on designing hyper-personalized, multi-asset wealth platforms and intelligent investment systems that deliver real-time insights, automated portfolio optimization, and cross-border financial integration.
Functioning as both a strategic visionary and a technical architect, this leader will guide the evolution of digital wealth platforms that embody transparency, inclusivity, and global interoperability.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of AI-driven digital wealth management ecosystems across retail and institutional finance.

Architect intelligent investment systems capable of processing multi-dimensional data to deliver personalized advisory outputs and autonomous portfolio balancing.

Integrate blockchain-backed asset tokenization into wealth management systems, enabling liquidity and accessibility in cross-border digital assets.

Oversee predictive analytics frameworks that simulate market dynamics, investment performance, and client behavior.

Develop secure, multi-jurisdictional wealth platforms that align with both regional and global digital investment regulations.

Candidate Profile

Master’s or Doctorate in Computational Finance, Artificial Intelligence, or Financial Product Engineering.

10–15 years of experience in digital wealth management innovation, fintech systems design, or data-driven portfolio architecture.

Strong background in blockchain-based investment platforms, predictive analytics, and API-centric financial systems.

Exceptional leadership in steering fintech product strategy and regulatory alignment simultaneously.
