Overview
The Chief Global Officer of Digital Wealth Intelligence & AI Portfolio Systems will lead the strategic evolution of AI-powered investment intelligence, multi-asset portfolio analytics, and next-generation wealth management ecosystems across the UAE’s fintech sector. This role demands an exceptional leader who can integrate advanced AI, behavioral analytics, and digital asset management frameworks into a cohesive platform that transforms wealth creation and management paradigms.
Key Responsibilities

Architect digital wealth intelligence ecosystems integrating machine learning, behavioral finance, and real-time data orchestration.

Lead development of AI-driven portfolio rebalancing algorithms, predictive risk models, and automated advisory engines.

Establish multi-asset management frameworks for tokenized securities, ESG assets, and alternative investments.

Develop governance protocols for algorithmic transparency, explainability, and regulatory audit readiness.

Collaborate with global asset management networks, regulators, and fintech R&D hubs to shape the evolution of AI-driven wealth management.

Oversee large-scale cloud data infrastructures supporting high-frequency wealth intelligence analytics.
Required Expertise

12+ years in WealthTech, digital asset management, or AI-based investment analytics.

Proven expertise in machine learning, quantitative finance, and portfolio optimization at institutional scale.

Strong understanding of asset tokenization, embedded wealth systems, and financial data interoperability.

Demonstrated leadership in designing and deploying AI-driven financial systems within regulated markets.

In-depth knowledge of GCC fintech policies, cross-border asset flows, and digital wealth governance.
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, or PhD) in Quantitative Finance, AI Systems, or Digital Asset Management.
