As the Chief Fintech Strategy & Cross-Border Digital Asset Governance Officer, you will be responsible for designing, governing, and scaling digital finance architectures that support both domestic transformation and international financial interoperability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee national-level strategies for cross-border payment integration, CBDC frameworks, and tokenized asset ecosystems.

• Lead global collaboration with regulators, policy makers, and central banks to create scalable digital asset governance frameworks.

• Architect multi-currency settlement systems, including stablecoins, tokenized commodities, and blockchain-enabled securities.

• Direct the deployment of AI-driven regulatory technology platforms for systemic risk analysis and compliance automation.

• Spearhead initiatives that align Saudi Arabia’s fintech strategy with global benchmarks, ensuring competitiveness and resilience.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of leadership in fintech, capital markets, or financial policy innovation.

• Proven expertise in blockchain governance, cross-border settlements, and digital asset frameworks.

• Strong record of influencing international financial policy and strategic fintech transformations.

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills at the highest levels of industry and government.
