Chief Fintech Risk- Compliance & Regulatory Technology Strategist – Saudi Arabia
Role Mandate
This is a senior strategic role focused on building technology-driven compliance, risk, and regulatory intelligence frameworks for large-scale fintech operations. The position is designed for a fintech executive who can transform compliance from a control function into a strategic, data-driven capability embedded directly into digital financial products.
The role spans regulatory technology (RegTech), enterprise risk systems, and real-time compliance automation across payments, lending, digital assets, and financial data platforms.
Strategic Scope of Responsibility

Design enterprise-wide RegTech platforms incorporating automated reporting, monitoring, and auditability

Architect real-time AML, transaction monitoring, and financial crime prevention systems

Lead implementation of AI-driven risk scoring models across customer, transaction, and platform layers

Establish regulatory engagement strategies and supervisory technology alignment

Build scalable governance frameworks across fintech product lines and jurisdictions

Oversee internal control digitization, compliance dashboards, and regulatory data pipelines

Advise on fintech licensing strategy, cross-border regulatory alignment, and operational risk resilience
Required Expertise & Profile

15+ years in fintech risk, compliance technology, or regulatory architecture

Deep experience with AML systems, KYC platforms, transaction monitoring engines, and regulatory reporting

Strong understanding of data governance, model risk management, and AI oversight frameworks

Proven leadership across complex, regulated fintech environments

Exceptional ability to interface with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders
Salary & Compensation Structure (Saudi Arabia)

Base Salary: SAR 70,000 – 95,000 per month

Annual Variable Compensation: 30% – 50% of base
