Position Summary

As Chief Fintech Product & Innovation Strategist, you will orchestrate the strategic design and international positioning of digital financial solutions that support the Kingdom’s ambition to become a global fintech nexus.
Core Responsibilities

Innovation Governance: Establish fintech product innovation frameworks aligned with SAMA’s sandbox guidelines and Vision 2030 financial sector transformation priorities.

Platform Design & Product Evolution: Lead full lifecycle management of digital banking, neobank, and embedded finance solutions with scalability and compliance by design.

AI-Driven Personalization: Integrate machine learning into financial advisory systems for hyper-personalized digital user experiences and intelligent product delivery.

Data & Analytics Oversight: Build analytics models that support credit intelligence, digital risk scoring, and real-time financial behavior mapping.

Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with fintech accelerators, regional investors, and regulatory taskforces to drive innovation adoption across the Saudi fintech ecosystem.
Qualifications

12+ years in fintech, digital banking, or innovation leadership roles within GCC or Tier-1 international markets.

Strong grasp of SAMA and CMA fintech regulatory landscapes, cross-border payment frameworks, and data privacy legislation.

Expertise in digital product innovation, agile delivery frameworks, and customer-centric UX design for financial platforms.

Proven experience in developing cloud-native fintech ecosystems leveraging AI, blockchain, and API orchestration layers.
