This executive role is designed for leaders capable of transforming complex operational environments into highly efficient, technology-driven ecosystems that deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strong governance and operational discipline.

The successful candidate will oversee operational strategy, digital transformation, process optimization, service delivery excellence, automation initiatives, and enterprise performance management.

Professional Requirements

• Proven success leading large-scale operational change initiatives.
