Role Mandate & Strategic Significance
This role is conceived for a senior fintech professional operating at the highest intersection of technology architecture, operating model design, and enterprise-scale financial transformation. The position exists to define how complex fintech ecosystems are structured, governed, scaled, and operationalised across digital banking, payments, and advanced financial platforms.
While fully remote, the role is strategically aligned with the Saudi fintech and digital finance environment, requiring an exceptional understanding of institutional-grade financial systems, platform operating models, and long-horizon transformation programmes. The successful candidate will function as a systemic designer, shaping how fintech organisations transition from fragmented digital capabilities into cohesive, resilient, and execution-ready financial ecosystems.
Strategic Responsibilities

Design and govern end-to-end fintech operating models, spanning technology, data, risk, and product execution layers.

Architect transformation roadmaps for large-scale digital finance platforms, aligning systems, processes, and governance structures.

Define decision-making frameworks for platform ownership, service accountability, and technology investment prioritisation.

Oversee the integration of payments, digital banking, data platforms, and emerging financial technologies into unified operating constructs.

Establish performance and resilience metrics for mission-critical fintech platforms, including scalability, recovery, and execution velocity.

Act as a senior strategic counterpart to executive stakeholders on long-term fintech capability development.
Professional Profile

15+ years of experience in fintech transformation, financial systems architecture, or digital operating model leadership.

Proven expertise in large-scale financial platform design and organisational execution frameworks.

Deep fluency in enterprise architecture, platform governance, and financial technology lifecycle management.

Exceptional ability to translate complexity into clear, enforceable operating structures.
Salary & Compensation Structure (Saudi Arabia-Benchmarked)

Base Annual Salary: USD 160,000 – 210,000

Remote Executive Strategy Allowance: USD 20,000 – 30,000

Annual Transformation Performance Incentive: Up to 25% of base salary

Long-Term Value Component: Deferred incentive linked to operating model maturity milestones

Total Annual Compensation Range: USD 200,000 – 270,000
