Role Overview
Qatar’s accelerating digital economy demands a transformative approach to fintech infrastructure and data-driven regulation. This high-impact leadership position requires an executive capable of conceptualizing and deploying nation-scale financial technology frameworks that converge AI, distributed ledger technology, and cloud-native scalability into a cohesive fintech ecosystem.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect and guide the deployment of next-generation financial data infrastructure supporting digital banking, open finance, and payment network interoperability.

Spearhead AI-integrated governance models to ensure resilience, security, and real-time regulatory observability across all fintech operations.

Develop and execute digital asset frameworks, including tokenized asset lifecycle management and smart contract–based financial settlement systems.

Establish strategic partnerships with regulators, cloud providers, and research institutions to enhance Qatar’s fintech competitiveness on the global stage.

Lead cybersecurity, data encryption, and identity management strategies that ensure compliance with global and GCC data frameworks.
Qualifications & Expertise

10–15 years’ experience in financial systems architecture, fintech infrastructure, or digital finance strategy.

Proven expertise in DLT frameworks, AI-driven compliance automation, API infrastructure design, and cloud financial ecosystems.

Deep understanding of QFCRA regulatory standards, ISO 27001, and cross-border financial data exchange protocols.

Demonstrated success managing global remote engineering and strategic fintech innovation teams.
