Role Purpose
Saudi Arabia’s fintech ecosystem continues its rapid ascent, underpinned by large-scale modernization of financial systems, payment infrastructures, and regulatory frameworks. The Chief Fintech Infrastructure Architect will lead the strategic design and global orchestration of next-generation digital finance ecosystems, integrating cloud-native architecture, regulatory intelligence, and cross-border financial interoperability.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute scalable fintech infrastructure frameworks that enable open finance, instant payments, and digital asset integration.

Lead the end-to-end modernization of financial microservice architectures, cloud-native systems, and digital payment networks across multi-jurisdictional environments.

Oversee development of AI-powered transaction monitoring systems for real-time AML, KYC, and compliance automation.

Build and govern multi-cloud data pipelines supporting secure, ISO 20022-compliant financial messaging and cross-border transaction flows.

Collaborate with regulators, financial institutions, and innovation hubs to enhance digital financial resilience under SAMA’s fintech and digital transformation mandates.

Drive deployment of quantum-resilient encryption and next-generation cybersecurity protocols across all fintech systems.
Required Expertise

12+ years’ experience in fintech systems design, cloud architecture, or digital payments strategy.

Deep expertise in DLT frameworks, API orchestration, real-time settlement, and RegTech systems.

Technical fluency in microservices deployment, DevSecOps, AI model integration, and compliance analytics.

Proven ability to bridge financial innovation with complex regulatory environments across the GCC and global markets.
