To lead this transformation, the organization is seeking a Chief Fintech Ecosystem Orchestrator.
This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of product architecture, financial infrastructure, and strategic growth. It is responsible for designing how the entire ecosystem behaves as a synchronized entity—ensuring that each financial component contributes to a cohesive, scalable, and high-performance network.
Core Responsibilities
Ecosystem Architecture & Orchestration
- Define the structural blueprint of an integrated fintech ecosystem.
- Design orchestration layers connecting payments, banking, lending, and analytics.
- Enable seamless interoperability across internal and external financial systems.
- Establish frameworks for modular, composable financial services.
- Ensure synchronization of all ecosystem components in real time.
Platform Strategy & Evolution
- Develop long-term roadmap for ecosystem expansion and innovation.
- Align platform capabilities with emerging fintech trends and market demands.
- Drive adoption of API-first and event-driven architectures.
- Support continuous evolution of financial services infrastructure.
Commercial & Product Alignment
- Integrate commercial strategies into platform design.
- Enable monetization across ecosystem components.
- Support growth through ecosystem expansion and partnerships.
- Align product development with strategic business objectives.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure ecosystem design aligns with financial regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain system-wide governance and operational integrity.
- Implement risk management strategies across interconnected systems.
- Ensure auditability and transparency of financial operations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, or Systems Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or platform strategy.
- Strong expertise in ecosystem design and financial infrastructure.
- Proven leadership in large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities.
