This executive leadership role requires an individual capable of balancing technological innovation with operational resilience, ensuring every financial transaction, customer interaction, and enterprise platform is protected through world-class security governance and advanced cyber defense strategies.
Executive Responsibilities
Enterprise Cybersecurity Strategy
- Define the long-term cybersecurity vision for enterprise financial technology platforms.
- Lead zero-trust architecture implementation across all digital services.
- Develop strategic cyber resilience programs supporting regional expansion.
- Establish governance frameworks for secure financial innovation.
Technology Leadership
- Direct cloud security modernization initiatives.
- Oversee identity, access management, and enterprise encryption strategies.
- Integrate AI-powered threat detection technologies.
- Strengthen payment platform security architecture.
Operational Governance
- Lead cybersecurity operations, digital risk management, and incident response teams.
- Present executive security reports to board committees.
- Define enterprise security KPIs and compliance objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional security initiatives with engineering and operations.
Innovation
- Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology providers.
- Promote secure software development methodologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of cybersecurity leadership experience within fintech, banking, or enterprise technology.
- Extensive experience protecting mission-critical financial infrastructures.
