Position Overview
The Chief Financial Technology Architect will design and implement large-scale fintech infrastructure supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital economy objectives. This role blends strategic foresight, regulatory understanding, and technological expertise in digital payments, AI-driven analytics, and blockchain interoperability.
Key Responsibilities

Develop enterprise fintech architectures supporting payments, digital assets, and wealth platforms.

Oversee integration of AI, data science, and distributed ledger technologies into financial systems.

Design frameworks for interoperability across financial institutions and fintech ecosystems.

Define governance and cybersecurity models for fintech and digital infrastructure.

Collaborate with regulators on standards for digital transactions, data protection, and identity systems.

Drive innovation in open finance, embedded payment, and RegTech capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Advanced degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or Systems Architecture.

12+ years’ experience in fintech or large-scale digital infrastructure design.

Expertise in blockchain, cloud-native systems, and AI integration.

Familiarity with GCC regulatory and cross-border fintech landscapes.
