This role is responsible for architecting a national-scale financial data infrastructure layer, enabling:
- Open banking and open finance ecosystems
- Secure data exchange between institutions
- Real-time financial intelligence generation
You will define the data backbone of the financial system, not just its applications.
[II] Enterprise Architecture Mandate
2.1 Open Finance Infrastructure Design
- Architect frameworks enabling:
- Secure API-based data sharing
- Consent-driven data access models
- Build interoperability across:
- Banks
- Fintech platforms
- Third-party providers
2.2 Financial Data Fabric Engineering
- Design unified data layers integrating:
- Transactional data
- Customer financial profiles
- External financial datasets
- Implement data virtualization and federation techniques
2.3 API Governance & Standardization
- Establish API standards aligned with:
- Open banking protocols
- Global interoperability frameworks
- Design API lifecycle management systems
2.4 Data Security & Privacy Architecture
- Implement:
- Encryption frameworks
- Tokenization of sensitive financial data
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
2.5 Real-Time Data Intelligence Systems
- Enable streaming analytics for:
- Transaction monitoring
- Financial insights generation
- Build event-driven data pipelines
