Strategic Mandate
This role governs the transformation of transactional intent into resolved financial obligation. The Chief Executor of Fintech Real-Time Clearing, Netting & Obligation Resolution is responsible for designing and controlling the engines that aggregate, net, offset, and conclusively resolve financial obligations across high-velocity fintech systems.
The mandate does not concern front-end payments or settlement custody. It focuses on clearing intelligence, obligation compression, exposure reduction, and deterministic financial resolution at scale.
Core Responsibilities

Architect real-time clearing and netting engines embedded within fintech transaction flows.

Define system logic for bilateral and multilateral obligation aggregation and offsetting.

Establish deterministic rules for exposure minimization, sequencing, and obligation finality.

Oversee integration of clearing engines with payments, settlement platforms, and liquidity systems.

Design resilience frameworks ensuring continuous obligation resolution under peak transaction velocity.

Define governance for exception handling, dispute logic, and systemic stress scenarios.

Lead senior teams across fintech architecture, financial systems engineering, and operational assurance.
Required Executive Profile

18+ years in fintech clearing systems, financial infrastructure, or large-scale transaction platforms.

Deep mastery of netting logic, exposure management, and deterministic financial resolution.

Proven leadership over mission-critical clearing or post-trade environments.

Exceptional structural thinking and executive authority.

Strong international fintech infrastructure exposure required.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (Saudi Arabia)

Base Salary: SAR 105,000 – 145,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 40% – 60% of base (linked to exposure reduction efficiency, system stability, and throughput)
