Position Overview
The Chief Executive Strategist – Digital Finance Transformation & AI-Integrated Banking Systems will spearhead the strategic evolution of Saudi Arabia’s digital financial landscape. This position is designed for a global fintech leader capable of integrating AI intelligence, digital infrastructure, and multi-channel banking ecosystems into a cohesive framework aligned with next-generation financial standards.
Operating across borders and regulatory environments, the strategist will lead initiatives that merge algorithmic banking, decentralized payment intelligence, and AI-driven operational resilience, positioning Saudi Arabia as an international benchmark for cognitive financial systems.
Key Responsibilities

Architect a national digital finance transformation strategy, encompassing open banking, data-driven lending ecosystems, and intelligent payment gateways.

Lead implementation of AI-integrated digital core banking systems, embedding real-time analytics and autonomous decision models into financial operations.

Oversee multi-jurisdictional compliance alignment, ensuring integration with international standards such as ISO 20022, FATF, and BIS frameworks.

Candidate Profile

Ph.D. or Master’s in Computational Finance, Financial Technology, or Systems Architecture.

12–15 years of experience in digital banking transformation, AI fintech architecture, or global financial systems strategy.

Expertise in AI-enabled credit systems, predictive analytics, and open finance architecture.
