A highly ambitious Gulf-region financial technology ecosystem is entering a transformational stage of international expansion and is actively seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer – Digital Banking Innovation & Financial Ecosystem Expansion to lead the evolution of one of the region’s most sophisticated next-generation financial platforms.
This role is intended for an elite fintech executive with the strategic depth, operational intelligence, and technological foresight required to architect large-scale financial ecosystems integrating AI-driven banking, intelligent transaction infrastructure, embedded finance capabilities, enterprise automation, digital customer intelligence, and multinational fintech operations.

- Oversee modernization of enterprise transaction systems, cloud-native banking infrastructure, and API-driven financial platforms.
- Build intelligent financial environments leveraging artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, automation technologies, and customer behavioral intelligence.
- Coordinate executive leadership across engineering, infrastructure, compliance, cybersecurity, product innovation, financial operations, and strategic growth divisions.

- Establish strategic partnerships with banking institutions, financial infrastructure providers, enterprise technology ecosystems, and digital finance innovators.

Executive Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of leadership experience within fintech, digital banking, financial infrastructure modernization, enterprise transformation, or multinational financial operations.
- Degree in Financial Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Systems.
- Deep expertise in enterprise banking ecosystems, intelligent payment systems, API-driven finance, cloud infrastructure, and digital operational governance.
- Strong commercial leadership capabilities with experience scaling international fintech operations.
- Advanced familiarity with cybersecurity governance, financial compliance standards, and enterprise resilience frameworks.
