Strategic Mandate
This role governs the core monetary engines that determine how digital value is created, processed, reconciled, and settled in real time. The Chief Executive of Fintech Monetary Engines & Real-Time Value Processing will design and oversee high-precision financial processing systems that sit beneath payments, digital banking, embedded finance, and next-generation fintech platforms.
The mandate is not product delivery. It is monetary system engineering, time-critical financial computation, and architectural control of value movement at machine speed.
Core Responsibilities

Architect real-time monetary engines responsible for balance computation, transaction sequencing, and atomic value transfer.

Design systems supporting continuous settlement, instant reconciliation, and event-driven financial state management.

Establish architectural standards governing financial accuracy, determinism, and audit-grade transaction traceability.

Oversee integration of monetary engines with payments platforms, digital wallets, lending systems, and embedded finance layers.

Lead strategic planning for scalability under extreme transaction loads and ultra-low-latency requirements.

Define governance for system upgrades, backward compatibility, and long-term financial integrity.

Build and lead elite teams across financial systems engineering, quantitative modeling, and platform architecture.
Required Executive Profile

17+ years of experience in fintech core systems, real-time transaction platforms, or digital financial infrastructure.

Deep mastery of ledger mechanics, event-driven architectures, and time-sensitive financial computation.

Proven leadership over mission-critical financial systems operating at institutional scale.

Exceptional ability to translate abstract monetary logic into deterministic system behavior.

International fintech infrastructure exposure is essential.
Compensation & Executive Salary Structure (Oman)

Base Salary: OMR 16,000 – 21,000 per month

Annual Executive Bonus: 35% – 55% of base (linked to processing accuracy, system performance, and scalability milestones)
