Job Overview
Chief Executive Authority – Fintech Control Planes & System Discipline

Engagement Model: Full-Time | Executive Systems Governance Leadership
Primary Domain: Fintech | Control Architecture | Platform Governance
Strategic Mandate
This role is dedicated to designing and governing the control planes that regulate behaviour, discipline, and predictability within complex fintech platforms. The Chief Executive Authority will define how rules, constraints, escalation logic, and system boundaries are embedded directly into fintech architectures to ensure governability without friction.
The mandate is neither compliance nor oversight in the traditional sense. It is architectural governance, focused on system behaviour under normal operation, stress conditions, and exceptional states, ensuring platforms remain controllable, auditable, and resilient at scale.

-
Define executive standards for platform discipline, behavioural predictability, and boundary enforcement.
-
Oversee integration of governance engines across payments, transaction platforms, and digital finance systems.

Establish doctrines for system behaviour under degradation, overload, and partial failure scenarios.
-
Lead long-term evolution of governance architectures to support scale and complexity growth.
-
Serve as final authority on platform controllability, governance integrity, and operational coherence.
Executive Profile
-
18–25+ years in fintech systems governance, financial platform architecture, or large-scale control systems.
-
Deep understanding of rule-based systems, control logic, and platform governance frameworks.
-
Proven leadership across highly complex, multi-layered fintech infrastructures.
-
Strong executive judgment reinforced by technical fluency.
-
Experience governing platforms where predictability and discipline are non-negotiable.
Compensation Structure (United Arab Emirates)
-
Base Salary: AED 68,000 – 98,000 per month
-
Annual Executive Incentive: 40% – 60% of base salary
