About the Executive Opportunity

Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise embedded finance strategy.
- Lead Banking-as-a-Service ecosystem expansion.
- Establish strategic alliances with financial institutions, technology providers, and payment networks.
- Drive digital lending, virtual accounts, and embedded payment initiatives.
- Oversee financial product commercialization and market expansion.
- Champion customer-centric innovation across multiple business units.
- Build high-performing executive leadership teams.
- Monitor emerging financial technologies and market opportunities.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive committees and governing boards.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Technology Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years’ executive leadership experience within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Proven experience leading strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial development background.
- Demonstrated success delivering enterprise digital transformation.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
