Executive Requirements
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience within financial services or fintech.
- Proven success managing enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, governance, and leadership capabilities.
