Key Responsibilities

Cashless Society Acceleration: Drive end-to-end initiatives supporting Saudi Arabia’s shift toward a predominantly cashless economy.

Cross-Border Payment Infrastructure: Lead strategies for seamless integration of regional and international payment corridors.

Open API Frameworks: Design and oversee open banking-enabled payment solutions fostering interoperability between banks, fintechs, and digital wallets.

Digital Identity & Authentication: Champion advanced biometric and tokenization standards to enhance security and trust.

AI-Powered Payments Intelligence: Develop predictive fraud detection and behavioral analytics models to safeguard transactions.

Qualifications & Expertise

12+ years in fintech, digital payments, or banking transformation.

Advanced knowledge of Saudi regulatory environment, payments compliance, and AML/CFT frameworks.

Proven experience in blockchain-enabled payments, tokenization, and instant payment systems.

Track record of scaling mobile-first or super-app payment platforms.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Technology, or Economics.
