The Chief Digital Payments Strategist & Financial Infrastructure Modernization Lead will drive the modernization of national payment ecosystems—combining real-time payments, blockchain-based settlement protocols, and predictive compliance intelligence within one unified digital finance framework.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop a national-scale payment innovation roadmap, aligning with Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s digital economy mandates.

• Architect multi-rail digital payment infrastructures, integrating instant payments, tokenized assets, and blockchain settlement layers.

• Implement AI-augmented compliance engines to detect anomalies, strengthen fraud prevention, and ensure financial system resilience.

• Lead partnerships across banks, fintechs, and telecom operators to achieve payment interoperability and inclusivity.

• Embed quantum-secure encryption and digital identity standards into all transaction protocols for maximum data integrity.

Required Expertise

• 10–15 years of experience in payments architecture, fintech strategy, or central financial systems transformation.

• Mastery in real-time payments (RTP), ISO 20022, blockchain interoperability, and open finance ecosystems.

• Proven experience working with regulatory frameworks, financial stability initiatives, and high-performance transaction systems.

• Advanced academic background in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or Regulatory Systems Design.
