Strategic Leadership Duties
- Establish long-term strategies for next-generation payment technologies and digital transaction ecosystems.
- Develop high-performance payment architectures capable of processing large-scale domestic and international financial transactions.
- Lead initiatives involving digital wallets, contactless payment technologies, payment orchestration systems, and embedded financial services.
- Implement advanced fraud detection systems utilizing artificial intelligence, behavioral analytics, and real-time monitoring capabilities.
- Direct teams responsible for payment engineering, cybersecurity, product development, customer experience, and financial operations.
- Create partnerships across banking technology, e-commerce platforms, and digital service ecosystems.
- Ensure operational excellence, system availability, transaction reliability, and compliance with international financial standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in Finance, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
- 12+ years of experience in payment technology, fintech operations, digital banking, or financial infrastructure leadership.
- Deep expertise in payment processing architecture, API ecosystems, transaction security, digital identity solutions, and financial data management.
- Strong commercial understanding of payment monetization models, market expansion, and product innovation.
