Role Overview
The UAE has emerged as a fintech capital, shaping future-ready payments ecosystems. As Chief Digital Payments & Embedded Finance Strategist, you will architect AI-native, API-first, and blockchain-ready solutions for digital commerce, while spearheading payment interoperability and CBDC alignment at regional and international scales.
Core Responsibilities

Build national-scale embedded finance networks, integrating financial services into retail, logistics, travel, and digital commerce.

Design real-time payments ecosystems, embedding ISO 20022, tokenized money, and AI-powered fraud intelligence.

Collaborate with central banks to develop CBDC-ready infrastructures, ensuring seamless interoperability across GCC and international corridors.

Oversee merchant ecosystems integrating BNPL, digital wallets, and cross-platform payment APIs.

Establish global payment partnerships, aligning with supranational standards and fintech consortia.
Ideal Profile

15–18 years in digital payments, embedded finance, or open banking innovation.

Proven expertise in real-time settlements, CBDC frameworks, and embedded financial ecosystems.
