Role Synopsis
The Chief Digital Finance Systems Architect will oversee the design, integration, and global interoperability of next-generation digital banking ecosystems within the UAE’s rapidly advancing fintech sector. This position calls for a professional who operates across the converging disciplines of computational finance, distributed systems, and regulatory technology engineering — constructing a scalable and intelligent financial infrastructure capable of supporting national digital transformation and multi-jurisdictional payments innovation.
Primary Mandate

Systems Design & Integration: Engineer modular, cloud-native digital banking frameworks aligned with ISO 20022, capable of supporting tokenized payments, embedded finance, and instant settlements.

Infrastructure Modernization: Lead migration of traditional banking cores toward microservices-based, containerized architectures with continuous deployment pipelines.

AI & Automation: Deploy cognitive automation and predictive analytics to optimize transaction flows, liquidity modeling, and operational efficiency.

Data Governance: Define end-to-end strategies for data integrity, cross-border interoperability, and regulatory compliance with UAE Central Bank digital directives.

Cyber-Resilience: Architect zero-trust security protocols integrating identity-as-a-service (IDaaS) and behavior-driven authentication frameworks.
Professional Background

Advanced degree (MSc/Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Financial Technology.

10–15 years of fintech or digital-banking experience, including senior leadership in large-scale architecture.

Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/Azure, blockchain middleware, and RegTech frameworks.

Proven record of implementing data-driven transformation programs in high-compliance financial environments.
