• Develop advanced frameworks for wealth-tech innovation, integrating robo-advisory, hybrid advisory, and AI-driven portfolio personalization for high-net-worth individuals.

• Spearhead UAE’s participation in global fintech consortia, ensuring technological readiness for Web3 and multi-currency CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) interlinking.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership in fintech product architecture, digital banking transformation, or regulatory technology ecosystems.

• Deep expertise in AI deployment in finance, blockchain scalability, and tokenized assets.

• Familiarity with GCC regulatory environments, particularly ADGM and DIFC frameworks.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, with experience in cross-border fintech negotiations.

• Advanced degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related domain.
