This position is designed as a chief-level fintech architecture mandate focused on the end-to-end design of digital finance systems at national and cross-platform scale. The role is fully remote, yet strategically aligned with Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving digital financial ecosystem.
The mandate is not operational, developmental, or vendor-specific. Instead, it exists to define how modern fintech systems should be architected, interconnected, governed, and evolved over decades.
Strategic Mandate

Design macro-level architectures for digital payments, financial platforms, and transaction networks

Define principles governing system interoperability, settlement logic, and data consistency

Establish long-term architectural standards for scalability and resilience

Translate financial market objectives into coherent digital system designs
