Position Overview

The Chief Digital Finance Architect is a sovereign-level executive role responsible for defining the architecture, governance, and long-term resilience of national digital finance systems. This position operates fully remotely and focuses on designing payment rails, settlement mechanisms, and interoperable fintech infrastructure, ensuring alignment with national financial policy objectives.

This role is strategic and advisory, not operational. The incumbent provides long-term frameworks, policy integration, and architectural oversight.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect national payments infrastructure, ensuring resilience, scalability, and modularity

• Design interoperable financial platforms connecting banks, fintechs, and regulatory bodies

• Develop systemic risk mitigation and disaster recovery protocols

• Advise on regulatory compliance, fintech innovation adoption, and policy alignment

• Produce executive-grade reports, strategy documents, and architectural blueprints

• Assess emerging technologies such as blockchain clearing, AI-driven payments, and open banking ecosystems
