Role Overview

The Chief Digital Finance Architect will lead the design and implementation of next-generation digital finance infrastructures in the UAE, including real-time payment networks, API-first banking platforms, embedded finance frameworks, and AI-driven transaction intelligence systems. The role requires expertise in cloud-native architectures, multi-rail payment networks, tokenized settlement frameworks, and regulatory compliance automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, multi-channel financial systems integrating retail, corporate, and cross-border transactions.

• Design digital wallets, programmable money frameworks, and tokenized settlement solutions.

• Lead implementation of AI-powered fraud detection, real-time risk monitoring, and regulatory compliance automation.

• Translate UAE digital finance regulations, including open banking, digital identity, and AML requirements, into technical governance layers.

• Develop long-term infrastructure roadmaps, ensuring resilience, scalability, and cross-GCC interoperability.

• Conduct ecosystem assessments, including capacity planning, performance optimization, and user-behavior analytics.

Required Expertise

• 12+ years in fintech architecture, digital payments, or banking infrastructure design.

• Deep knowledge of ISO 20022, API-first systems, cloud-native architectures, and multi-rail payments.

• Experience with AI-driven fraud systems, cryptography, and regulatory compliance automation.
