The Chief Digital Finance Architect will lead the conceptualization, design, and strategic alignment of Bahrain’s next-generation digital finance frameworks, operating remotely within an international consortium of fintech innovation.
This role commands a sophisticated leader capable of integrating open finance, real-time payments, and digital identity systems into a unified financial architecture that supports the Kingdom’s digital economy ambitions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of multi-layered digital finance blueprints encompassing core banking modernization, open API frameworks, and embedded financial ecosystems.

Drive the integration of digital identity, AI-enabled risk models, and decentralized technologies into a secure, scalable infrastructure.

Oversee architecture governance to ensure interoperability across payment networks, digital wallets, and institutional fintech partners.

Develop operational standards that enhance cybersecurity, transaction integrity, and data trust within multi-regional platforms.

Collaborate remotely with global regulators, regtech partners, and data analytics institutions to ensure full alignment with global compliance standards.

Lead cloud migration and automation strategies to streamline fintech operations and improve customer experience efficiency.
Required Expertise

Minimum 12 years of experience in fintech architecture, enterprise system integration, or financial platform modernization.

Advanced proficiency in cloud computing, blockchain, API orchestration, and zero-trust security models.

Deep familiarity with GCC fintech regulatory landscapes and ISO/IEC 27001 security frameworks.

Master’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Financial Systems, or Digital Transformation.
