• Engage with regulators, banks, and sovereign wealth stakeholders to harmonize innovation with governance.

• Represent Qatar in global fintech councils, IMF taskforces, and regional regulatory dialogues.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years in fintech, digital banking, or capital markets innovation.

• Deep expertise in blockchain scalability, AI in finance, and cross-border digital asset ecosystems.

• Familiarity with Qatari and GCC financial frameworks.

• Advanced qualifications in Finance, Computational Economics, or Systems Engineering.
