Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Digital Finance Architect to lead the design and execution of innovative financial platforms across the UAE and the wider GCC region. This role requires expertise in digital banking ecosystems, cloud-native solutions, blockchain integration, and AI-driven analytics. The successful candidate will oversee architectural strategies to deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and deployment of next-generation digital banking and fintech platforms.

Implement AI/ML algorithms for predictive analytics, customer personalization, and fraud detection.

Design secure, API-driven ecosystems for seamless integration with third-party financial services.

Develop cloud-native, microservices-based architectures for scalability and resilience.

Drive blockchain initiatives, including smart contracts and digital asset management.

Collaborate with product, compliance, and UX teams to align technical solutions with business strategy.

Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and GCC financial standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related discipline.

10+ years in digital banking architecture, fintech platforms, or strategic technology leadership.

Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI, and blockchain solutions.

Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.

Exceptional leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
