A globally expanding financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Chief Digital Ecosystem Officer (CDEO) to lead the design and execution of integrated financial ecosystems connecting banks, fintech innovators, payment providers, digital merchants, and enterprise partners throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council.
This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a forward-thinking strategist capable of building scalable digital ecosystems that accelerate financial inclusion, improve customer engagement, and unlock sustainable commercial growth through collaborative innovation.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will influence enterprise strategy, oversee regional digital initiatives, and cultivate partnerships that redefine the future of connected financial services.

- Define the organization’s digital ecosystem vision.
- Develop multi-year innovation and expansion strategies.
- Align technology initiatives with commercial objectives.

- Build alliances with financial institutions.
- Expand fintech collaboration networks.
- Develop ecosystem commercialization strategies.
- Strengthen regional business relationships.
Innovation Leadership
- Drive Open Finance initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive leadership experience in fintech, banking, digital platforms, or financial technology.
- Proven success leading enterprise transformation.
- Strong commercial and strategic leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
